I really wanted to love this nail salon but unfortunately I don’t. Customer service is generally good and the place is beautiful. However I’ve now been 3 times and each time my nails don’t last. The first time I got a regular gel manicure and the tech was able to give me the exact design I wanted. I was very impressed only to have them chip on multiple nails within a few days. I knew they had the 7 day fix option but I couldn’t make it back with my schedule. I also tried to switch to dip powder after growing my nails out and they cracked beneath the surface within 2 days. On the third day multiple nails cracked completely breaking off several nails I’d been trying to let grow. This time I went back hoping for a fix, only to be rushed through the service even after making an appointment for the fix earlier in the day. 2 days after they were fixed the same thing happened again. The option to come back and get the nails redone is a great option but not if I have to go back 3 days after every service.

I love this place! I’ve gotten my acrylics done at many different places across 3 different states and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been!!!! My nails are always beautiful and they’re done well enough that I can go three weeks between fills. :))) Pedicure, Nail art, Acrylic nails

Tee was absolutely amazing! I got my nails done before travelling to DC and honest to god it wasn’t done so well. Luckily, Tee was able to squeeze me in last minute and told me the different options I can do with my nails. I gave him my ideas and he brought them to life and chose out the prettiest colours that fit me and my skin tone. He was a true life saver! The nails themselves lasted for a long time and looked very natural / not stuck on. I wish I can find someone as talented as him back home.

I loved this salon. They’re kind and I got a walk-in pedicure. The Casabella Pedicure with a mud mask, massage, and drink was great. Everything was clean and I felt confident in their attempts to give a safe, pleasurable service despite the epidemic. Recommend!
