Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWalked in the salon , lady was very unwelcoming!!!!! I asked her for long layers. She started complaining that my hair was so tangled. She didn’t even wash and condition it as they usually do the times I’ve gone there . She Pulled on my hair a lot and would just spray water on it. Stated my hair was a mess! If I do treatments on it, start complaining that her hands were hurting from cutting my hair. She made me feel very uncomfortable, I really wanted to get up from the chair and walk out! Walked in the salon , lady was very unwelcoming!!!!! I asked her for long layers. She started complaining that my hair was so tangled. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took my son to get a haircut and the lady didn’t do a good job, and also cut him on his neck with the clippers and I ask her what happened and she lied and said I don’t know, then my son came out and said in front her that she did it. Then she comes out and says oh I must of cut him with the clippers. Husband got there and was told for his 1pm appt he would have to wait 15-20mins. Well to me appt is an appt and is unprofessional to make a client wait.
