Yesterday was my first visit to Carolina Tan. I was going in with the intention of buying a new lotion and making it a one time visit due to the distance I have to drive to get to the saloon. After speaking with Tyler I feel in love with how welcome I felt! It is a family owned business which I absolutely love and support. Kara is the best I’m so glad I found her I love having a stylist I can trust to switch up my colorful hair without frying it (considering my natural hair is dark brown and gray and still had box dye in some areas) this last visit my jaw dropped she completely color corrected my hair and got it to exactly how I wanted it! I visited for the first time this week & the owner was nice and also very informative. She took time even though they were busy to explain to me how tans are formed and the best frequency to visit build a tan and then how to maintain it for my complexion (fair) while minimizing damage. I’ve probably visited 10 different tanning salons in 3 different states and no one had bothered to explain this to me before! There wasn’t a wait even though they were busy and the bed was clean & the bulbs were bright. They obviously try to maintain cleanliness, especially considering the volume of people that come though.
