Great customer service, but just a disappointing result. I had Elizabeth and she was wonderful, but she rushed through my roller set and didn’t consider my hair’s individual needs to achieve what I wanted. I know roller sets aren’t a frequent request, so I usually suggest a way to help achieve a better result with my ethnic hair ( I’m guessing she had limited experience and it showed.) I don’t think I’ll be returning because Im not willing to pay a higher price for a disappointing return.
