MY NAILS LOOK GREAT ! I was accidentally too rough on one nail that it broke literally 5 minutes before closing , I called right away and the owner took me in and stayed to fix it !! She is absolutely amazing ! Took her time to do my nails and had a very nice conversation! Acrylic nails

Anna and Kat are the best! The man not very careful and cuts every time but the ladies do a wonderful job. I just know I need to ask for them. Kat is very creative and you can say do something different and she will come up with beautiful bling bling nails as she called them

When you walk in and say you’re on the hunt for a new nail salon and the CUSTOMER speaks up and says ‘You’ve come to the right place.’ you know you’ve found your spot. I was greeted immediately by Anna, the owner. She was so welcoming and answered all my questions and concerns. They had just seated a few people and it was going to be a sec before they could get to me but instead of telling me ‘Have a seat’ she was upfront with me and asked if I wouldn’t mind coming back in about an hour. I REALLY appreciated the honesty. Don’t tell me 5 mins when you know it’s going to be 30.

I have been here before a few times and I would say they have been okay. Today however I experienced the absolute worst customer service. Lady who was doing my pedicure was extremely rude by roling her eyes, would look straight at me and make faces. Would get frustrated because I didn’t know when she wanted my feet In Water and out. Like just tell me. I have had a million pedicures but never had someone behaved this way. unprofessional the whole time until I called her out and simply asked if she wants Me to leave I can. She started being better after but whole experience was ruined. I feel like my time I was suppose to go pamper myself turned into basically me paying $75 for a lady to be just rude to me and ruin my evening!
