They charged me 85 for a mani pedi. The blue that I had on when I entered the shop is still visible and my feet still feel and look about the same just with a fresh coat of polish on the top. Not worth it. Gel manicures, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m not going back.UPDATE: It’s the next day. My nails came off again once I took a shower.UPDATE: I went in today July 5th Brian who originally did my nails happened to help me however all he did was BE LAZY by applying glue to the nails that were lifting (something I could’ve done at home; which I didn’t because I knew it would just lift again when I wash my hands) instead of clipping the lifted area and reapplying new acrylic. SO YEAH I EXPECT THIS SET OF NAILS TO BE FALLING OFF BY FRIDAY.He then blamed me stating that ‘I need to be careful’ as if I did something wrong when all I’ve done was wash my hands like a normal person. He also tried to blame the fact that it’s because I have a small nail bed which is true but he’s done my nails once before yet I did not have this issue. I’ll just chop it up and say he did a poor job this time and I will not ever let him do my nails again. On top of that he never applied any nail primer before applying the acrylic to my nails in the first place. He’s lazy.July 4th:I go to this nail salon often and they’re always so nice and do a great job. However I recently went to get my nails and feet done on Wednesday June 30th, I spent $100 including the tips, it’s now July 4th and my nails are lifting and falling off. I called the nail salon today July 4th, to see if I can get them fixed considering the amount of money I spent and I was told to come in tomorrow July the 5th but by then all of my nails will probably be broken off. There’s no reason my nails should be coming off in four days. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe salon was not clean. The nail tech did not appear to know what she was doing. She cut up the side of my foot while scrubbing my heels. Another employee’s son was running around, sliding on rolling chairs for the entirety of my visit. Definitely will not be back.

I went in for a pedicure and liquid gel set. The guy who did my nails said as he was applying the gel “When it starts to burn to pull out my hand from the lamp and put it in front of the fan.” I wasn’t sure I heard him correctly as I have never been told this before. Then I put my hand in the lamp to cure. The “burn” happened so fast and was so intense it took me by surprise. I immediately questioned him because I have never had this happen before. He said it was normal. Well, IT IS NOT NORMAL!

Do better booking appointments. Had an appt at 1pm— still waiting at 1:20; however a walk in got serviced before those who had appts. Their customer service sucks but they do a great job. The owner gets a 2 star. His employees receive 5 stars
