Critical: Quality, ValueUPDATE: previously left a pretty good review. However I went in today for a full set, I haven’t gotten acrylics in a while and wanted to treat myself. I had a picture with the design I wanted, I asked if they could do it and they said yes. The acrylic application and shaping were done great by Kevin. After the acrylic was on and buffed another lady came to paint on the design. After a few tries and wiping it off and trying it again, it just wasn’t working out. So I said no worries, just take it off and do a little heart on each nail. She then added a heart and a bunch of polka dots I didn’t ask for. Half of the hearts looked like Mickey Mouse shaped blobs. I asked to just take it off and leave it plain, as I had already been there for 2 hours and needed to get home.On top of being disappointed and not getting what I had originally wanted, the acrylic had dried all over my fingers and is so painful. He said it would wash off, which it hasn’t. It’s kinda hard to tell in the pictures because I lathered them in cuticle cream to try and soften it and remove it. Overall poor experience. If you can’t do a design, just say so and don’t waste my time.Got a shellac manicure, overall a good experience but the tech nicked me and made me bleed 3 different times with the cuticle trimmers. The environment was very clean and our technicians were friendly. They had a large selection of options, and a menu that showed what was available with each option. Had a great experience! Took a friend and we got shellac deluxe pedicures and manicures. The environment was very clean and our technicians were friendly. They had a large selection of options, and a menu that showed what was available with each option. The service went well enough that I decided to try their eyebrow waxing as well, and was not disappointed. We will be going back.
