The owner was very rude, her assistant or employee had promised things that she said would not be fulfilled. Cute Place to keep a party for your Daughter’s. But customer service was good they didn’t have a music play list plan and no gift bags that were promised to kids but the kids got to pick out a stuffed animal. But the Place is set up really nicely Luv the setup.

I loved this place! Just like the pictures, clean and bright! My daughter lit up when she walked in. Everyone was very welcoming, she really enjoyed her experience very much! Only down part was our first experience felt a little rushed, but we do plan to go back and have hopes it won’t feel the same way. Other than that there was nothing bad about this place. I was a little worried because my daughter is almost three so her attention span and patience are still developing BUT! They worked with her perfectly! 🙂 Can’t wait to go back to pamper our little princess.

Highly recommend this adorable little spa for every little princess!! It is every little girls dream!! It is decorated SO cute! The staff is friendly, I took my 3 daughters and they felt like royalty and were treated that way by all staff!! We came from West Virginia and It was totally worth the drive! Made memories with my girls that they will never forget!! if you’re looking for a special treat for your little ones look no further!! I promise you won’t be disappointed

I took my daughter and her friend for her birthday. They got the BFF package – manicures and pedicures. The staff made both girls feel so special and pampered! We didn’t feel rushed – even though the salon was busy. The girls walked down the runway several times because they felt so beautiful and confident! We had a great time and will definitely be back!!

I took my daughter there tonight as a birthday treat. We had an appointment but we’re stuck in traffic for over an hour, I called to let them know that we were still coming just held up in traffic and Caitlin waited for us. She was absolutely amazing, so warm and friendly to us and made sure that my daughter’s experience was a great one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to pamper their little princess.

I left a review on Glitzy Girlz World and I had to leave another review her to clarify the lies this owner has stated. I read 5 months ago, the owner’s response to V Buttuh review, “We are NOT the same Spa.” Well, I must be fooled bc whenever i click on Ladybug’s Kids Spa, Glitzy Girlz World website appears. After my interactions with rude owner yesterday when I called Glitzy Girlz World a (410) DIFFERENT number from Ladybug’s Kid Spa (301). The person here was pleasant. I called just now to clarify services and I was informed that THEY are the SAME Owner. Glitzy Girlz Workd owner took over Ladbug’s Kids Spa ONE year ago. Not ONLY is this owner rude but also DISHONEST. She shouldn’t be allowed around children who are so honest and vulnerable. STAY AWAY from these ESTABLISHMENTS.

I had my daughter’s third birthday party here and it was amazing! The owner and staff are incredibly nice and very accommodating. They took their time to make sure every child felt special. They pampered the girls and dressed the boys up as pirates. They even granted my daughter’s wish and made her a pirate as well since she asked. This is a wonderful place to bring your little girl in for her special day or just to have a mommy and daughter day! I highly recommend it!

Owner is verbally abusive and abrasive towards customers. Will require a deposit and then cancel your appointment and keep your money! Don’t fall for this y’all! She owns multiple boutiques under different names and scams customers at every one!

Ladybug’s kids Salon & Spa is a great place to host a birthday party. My daughter and her friends LOVED being pampered and treated like princesses last weekend! The spa is super cute and set up for the girls to really enjoy themselves. The staff were attentive and treated the girls well. We’ll definitely be going back. Thank you!
