I’m upset I can’t remember her name. Not many places take people so close to closing. It must’ve been birthday luck.This place is very professional, polite, clean. I’ll love going here again.

I have been to Cami for almost 1 year regularly, and despite my 3 star review they always do a great job. However, the price is very high and I almost always feel like I’m being scammed. The price they give you is made up, I came in and received a basic refill, with no design, no cut down, no shape change but when it was time to pay. They up charged me with no real explanation. They also seem to constantly be increasing the price. My nails look great but I don’t like feeling like I’m being taking advantage of.

The place is very nice. However, they don’t have any prices hanging up or a price sheet. They make up how much your pedicure or manicure cost at the end of service which seems to change every time I get my nails done. One day it’s $45, next time (2 weeks later) it’s $48 and now $50. I’m done with them. I’ll go to another place where I can see the prices before services.

I never have an issue when getting my nails done. What I don’t like is the owner and how she nickels and dimes you for services that should be included. The workers never know the prices, when they call the manager/owner over she stands there and calculate, nail filing, nail fix, acrylic for the fix. They wouldn’t do this in the white neighborhoods and its sad they come to the black neighborhoods and carry on the way they do. And we will continue to pay them. I won’t be coming back. I got foil designs on 4 fingers and they owner charged me 45 dollars. Of course I didn’t know this until I was charged.

I just want to say first that this place is very nice clean and relaxing. The nail tech did a good job on my nails and I was pleased with my eyebrow waxing. The problem I have is that they are more expensive than most nail salons and they charge you for every little thing I had two broken nails and they charge me to repair the nail as well as for the overlay. I’ve ve never heard of that before so I wound up spending 20 more than I anticipated. Sadly I won’t be back unless they lower their prices and stop nivkeling and diming their customers

I went to cami nails to receive a pedicure and full set.I received excellent service had a great experience. I had my first music video the next day thus I was super pumped! To my dismay a nail fell off that night and two more on the way to video shoot. I had to stop at a cvs for nail glue and was late arriving to my event! I called Cami nails and the gentleman I spoke to was soo rude. He was basically like what do u want me to do about it. I explained how this inconvenience was more than just an inconvenience. He instructed me to return when I had the chance for a repair. I paid over $100 for shabby nails. I went in the next day and the same gentleman was rude again and unapologetic and told me to find my nail tec. I located her and he’s like she’s busy come back in an hour. There’s something very off about this place. I wouldn’t recommend. O stars for customer service. When I was there another woman was cussing out one of the staff and I thought she was a crazy wild woman. Now I get it. No one wants to pay for a service and not receive quality and then treated disrespectfully. They gone come across the wrong one one day I’m sure if it.
