Word of caution. If you freeze your account, they will charge you $5 / month indefinitely. They make it very difficult to cancel your account, even if you go in person, they will tell you they can’t do it without the proper manager on staff, so my only option was to freeze it. Coincidently, that special manager is never available. They don’t issue refunds and only offer you store credit if you reactivate your account, but the corporate office manager lied and told me they don’t offer that to everyone, even though I spoke to 3 people who all offered the same thing. It should be illegal for businesses to indefinitely charge you for not providing a service.
