Called to schedule an appointment, they said it’s better to walk in first come first serve. Walked in my kid waited over an hour when he was told he should have made an appointment.. not professional if you ask me. Be realistic with times and let customers know.

Critical: ProfessionalismShowed up at 5:20(went there as soon as I got off of work). Walked in and they asked if I had an appointment. I said no and they said we are not taking any more walk ins today. They didn’t close for another 40 minutes there were two guys waiting for a haircut with 4 barbers cutting hair. They could have easily cut my hair but turned me away. Not a great impression for me and I live like half a mile from here. I Will not go back. Showed up at 5:20(went there as soon as I got off of work). Walked in and they asked if I had an appointment. I said no and they said we are not taking any more walk ins today. They didn’t close for another 40 minutes there were two guys waiting for a haircut with 4 barbers cutting hair. They could have easily cut my hair but turned me away. I’m new to the area and need a hair cut, so I find cali fades barber shop read there reviews and so I went there for a cut. The so called barber that cut my hair was awful uneven on top, hair around my ears that was never addressed at all. Was not worth the $25 I paid and no I did not tip because the other barbers working sure was paying attention to detail on there customers. Three customers were already receiving their haircuts, it seemed to me like all were pretty much done when I arrived. I was in and out before them. I will not recommend this barber shop to anyone. If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Went to another barbershop the next day to have it fixed. So money was not the issue it’s the lack of doing quality work for customers that are not their buddy’s.

I stumbled on this place by accident. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but I was on my way to get a haircut from one of those national chains but the wait was too long so when I saw the sign I walked in and a lady by the name of Sheree greeted me and asked me if I had an appointment and I said no and then she should give me 5 minutes and I will take you no problem. I am glad I really did those 5 minutes because I just found my new barber Sheree.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGood morning im dissatisfied with my haircut i told african American barber not to trim my hair on top and thats the first thing he did. After i waited 4 hours in line patiently waited with my kids. I just wanted to get out of there so i asked him how much for my kids and my haircut he charged me $90 he charged me the haircut and the tip. Through out the haircut all yapped about was how nasty was the lunch his wife packed him not my fault. Rude people stop vaping in front of kids and lower your music and stop drinnking and leave your problems at home refund please . Good morning im dissatisfied with my haircut i told african American barber not to trim my hair on top and thats the first thing he did. After i waited 4 hours in line patiently waited with my kids. I hated this place since the first time I went there with my husband. It’s unprofessional in there. The music is inappropriate. Whatever they have playing on the tv is inappropriate. And the conversation between the barbers is inappropriate. Definitely not a place to take kids. I felt uncomfortable just sitting there myself. Still, my husband kept trying to give them chances, but today was the last straw. My husband and son waited an hour and a half after signing in, only to have them take someone who had been fourth in line & had clearly said they had NO appointment. My husband spoke up, and nothing was done. And now I’m happy to say we will NEVER bring our business there again. Unless you know one of the barbers, do yourself a favor and go somewhere professional instead of here where they obviously play favorites.
