The place overall is very clean, but the customer service on the other hand sucks. Been here twice but after this I will never come again. First time coming I ask if the wait was long just for eyebrows. The gentleman said no it should be about 10 minutes. So I said ok waited 10 minutes. They didn’t get to me after 40 minutes of waiting… Second time coming in I decided to call AHEAD OF TIME and ask can I come in for eyebrows the lady hanged up on me twice.

This is an update to a review I did 2 years ago. I will not be returning here!!! I went to get a nail take off with a gel manicure. Three of my nails did not have tips because the last time they only put acrylic because the nail was lifting and the nails could not be saved. I told them what I wanted up front and the nail technician instead of soaking the nails off proceeded to take a nail tip and rip the nails off my fingers. The other nail technician tried to help him but she also started ripping my nails off instead of soaking them. They also cut my natural nails down to nubs. I could not even finish the service. They had the audacity to tell me to wash my hands so they could do the gel part of the manicure. I told them absolutely not. My fingers burn and are super sensitive. I have never had nails taken off that way before. My nails weren’t even lifting. I probably could have gone another week without them being redone.

My first experience here was pretty decent. I asked if i could get a design or something on my nail and they said yes. Little did i know they were gonna put a sticker on my nail. Anyway, it didn’t stay on because i had nail polish over acrylic. And because of that it took a little longer to finish my nails. The owner was grumpy and started talking kinda aggressive to Tania, to go to the next customer. What was i supposed to do then?

I took my wife to this place to get a new full set of nails, the service was terrible she asked for specific nails with a specific design and they gave her something terrible and completely different. She complained at the beginning of the service and mentioned that’s not what she wanted and the lady didn’t say anything and proceeded to just cut them to a very short length and finish them without doing all of the proper procedures. Her nails are in pain because of how she handled them we had to get them removed because of how bad they look in person. Even tho she was complaining they brushed it off and said she had to pay anyway without them fixing it. Terrible experience we do not recommend this place.

My last fill was not very good I went in the next day and the manager took me in right away and fixed my nails on the spot. She was so sweet and didnt expect any payment for the fix. It took her 20 mins and they look like she took a full sessions time. I go here because they are convienient between work and home and they have the colored tips that other places do not carry anymore, and that is my preference, since my job is tough and I work with my hands. She took very good care of me and she is very personable and very kind. This is absolutely my go to from here on out. I will just make it a point to call and schedule an appointment with her in advance. She was so sweet and didnt expect any payment for the fix. It took her 20 mins and they look like she took a full sessions time. All of my cuticles got infected one severely and extremely infected and the woman who did my manicure could give a care less. They’re not sanitary here go elsewhere.

Dirty shop, took forever and the lady who did my nails kept stopping to talk to and make hand gestures to the client sitting next to me. Also over charged me for “coffin” when I had a basic tapered square nail…I didn’t want to make a scene so I paid it and then called. First and last time. I am a 35% tipper, but since she over charged me, probably because she thought I would not tip. Very annoyed with the whole experience. For those prices I’ll stick with the nicer shop I normally go to where the prices match the decor, manners and experience. ….

First and foremost, I have woren acrylic nails since 1978, yes, that’s when it cost more than a car note. I’m from San Francisco, and that’s where the whole concept started, so I definitely known what a set of nail should look like. I have lived in Las Vegas for over twenty-one years, and during that time period, there were two nail salons that serviced my nails. The second salon serviced my nails for approximately thirteen years, and the only reason for the separation, is because the salon moved across town, and since that time I have tried several nail salons. Unfortunately, C & V Nails and Spa was the worst by far. After being seated with an operator by the name of Tony. He proceed to do my nails, I noticed his nails were dirty, and unfortunately he had gotten to a point where I needed him to finish the process. I didn”t realize until I got outside with my glasses on, did I see the poor workmanship. There was powder tried around each nail, there were lumps, and several nails were uneven, and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I was in such disbelief that a person would be allowed to do such substandard work. I truly became angry, but waited until I arrived home before calling the salon and explaining the problem. The person set an appointment for the next day. I arrived the next day at the agreed appointment time. The owner, Ivy, attempted to correct the problems. She smoothed out the nails, but that was all, because she had a customer she wanted to get back to. The initial appointment was on Friday, July 6, 2018, and attempted correction Saturday, July 7, 2018. On Tuesday, July 10, 2018, a nail literally came off, and a second nail is showing signs of the same fate. I thought it necessary that the entire story be told, because no salon should operate in this manner. By the way, the listed price for a fill is fifteen dollars, but I was charged twenty-five, and I didn’t want to argue, so I paid. The operator used gel polish without asking me first.
