Bought a Groupon. Booked appointment online and drove all the way there and arrived only to get it cancelled as I was sitting in the parking lot. No courtesy call prior to appointment time. Terrible first impression. Rescheduled it to today and was very excited to get my first facial but once again my appointment is cancelled. I’m sad.
