Fantastic Infrared sauna place. All of 2020 I’ve been going there about twice a month for the whole year. My health and overall feeling improved greatly. Great customer service, Jeanette and the whole team always attentive. My favorite? Red light, 155 temp, mix of Eucaliptus and Lavender oils. Just superb!

Love this place! I initially called after being diagnosed with Lyme disease and reading about the benefits of infrared saunas. I had no idea what it would entail, but as soon as I mentioned Lyme over the phone the person I spoke with (Leah) was like, “Yep, absolutely, come on in!” We spoke briefly about Lyme and it was immediately clear to me that they had experience dealing with it, which I felt greatly comforted by. I made an appointment and came in a few hours later. Jeannette took me in and tailored the experience to my specific needs (lower heat and different lighting because I was experiencing some skin reactions at the time). She told me what to expect and answered any questions I had. The whole place has a peaceful ambiance. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere. When I checked out afterwards, Jeannette even offered to extend a great package deal that I had JUST missed the deadline for (since I had only been diagnosed that morning). Each subsequent time I’ve called to book they always have availability for me within the same day, and when I mention the specific settings I need, they already know because it’s notated in my account. Everyone who works here has been lovely to interact with and has made each visit hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and am very glad I found it! Thank you!

Jeanette is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She’s an ex ballet dancer who’s deeply devoted to health and wellness, and who thinks these saunas are amazing for people health. She’s a devotee and a believer — NOT a pushy sales person! And the sauna experience is fantastic: you feel amazing after a half hour. If you have any interest in trying FAR infrared, this is the place to do it. It’s not even close to where I live, and I drive out of my way to come here. You will not be disappointed.
