This is a great location! So clean and airy. The customer service here is above and beyond! Especially from Chet! I came in with a lot of questions and they made sure to suggest the right products. Tuesdays are the deal days! Buy 5 get 2 feee!

This store is my favorite to come into. It is absolutely beautiful, so clean, shelves are stocked and the staff is top notch. Today I was greeted by Chet upon entrance into the store and Maddie came over to ask if I was familiar with the brand and if I needed any help. Chet has always been so friendly, outgoing, checkout is always smooth and speedy, and they always give great recommendations. I actually came in today because Chet gave me a laundry soap scent booster sample on my last visit and I needed to get some! Sam the manager is great as well. Fabulous store. Even better staff. Seriously top tier service. Retail is changing so much but I know that whenever I stop here, I will get not only thr products I love, but I am given excellent, friendly service and incredible product recommendations tailored to my tastes.

Buff City is the way to go for soap and luxury laundry detergent. Their products don’t leave heavy residue but do a great job adding scent and cleaning. Now instead of spending a fortune on scent beads, fabric softener, etc. I can use one scoop of buff city. Love this place and they are very generous with coupons if you sign up on their app.

My husband and I are completely addicted to this company but also this location love the staff and the set up of store. We also took part in all the grand opening events and WON free soap for a year!!!!!!!! We can’t wait until each month to go smell all the new scents and choose our free bar. We also have switched to the laundry soap ( so far Magnolia and Narcissist is our favorite) but the clothes are so clean,soft,and smell amazing. I love how the products are made in house and how clean and natural they are. Thanks Buff City Soap for opening and making my household smell and look so much cleaner

I got a sample of their narcissist bar soap and laundry soap as well as some citronella pup soap from their dog park pop-up, and I’m obsessed! Everyone was so enthusiastic, attentive, and very knowledgeable about all of the products (that they hand craft in the store every day!!). I could tell they all just genuinely love what they do and are excited to share all of the awesome stuff they’re making with the public; now my partner and I are just as excited for the store to open so we can stock up on everything we’ll definitely be camping out on August 5th to take advantage of their awesome opening day deals!!!

I used to have super dry and bumpy skin, but after trying buff city soap my skin is soft and clean all over. And the laundry soap? Smells AMAZING and lasts so long. Never in my life have I smelled better than this
