This place has had a couple different owners and they’ve done a hit /miss job. The thing that I didn’t like about this new owner is she wants you to log into your account after you paid to check to see that your payment went through. To me it sound as though you don’t trust the customer. I get that you want to make sure you’re going to get paid but to have customers login to their account after they just paif for a service

Mahirah is a very warm and friendly person. My eyebrows are short and thin. But then she she has given me a very good shape which changed my look completely I’m totally satisfied with her work. She gets it done just in 5 minutes. I referred her to many of my friends. She’s the best for threading.

First time doing threading the lady was amazing and knew exactly what to do. I also tried the tinting. threading and tinting for 34.00 was a great price. I never thought I would be someone to pull off the dramatic eyebrow look but I love it and I have received so many compliments. I also read the previous post about the lady not being able to speak English and Maybe there was another lady that didn’t but when I was there she spoke perfect English. I will defiantly be going back on a regular basis.

This salon was great! The lady was able to bring us back from a walk-in in about 4 minutes. She was kind and asked what I wanted, rather than deciding herself. The threading was painless and very well done.

First time getting my eyebrows threaded, and I’m pleased with how they look. I wanted them cleaned up and he did a well job of doing so. However, the customer service wasn’t the best. He seemed in a rush the whole time and didn’t really ask me what I wanted done, he just decided what he wanted to do on his own, which didn’t make me feel comfortable. And then he asked me if I wanted to get them filled in afterwards, and I noted that he was using a very DIRTY and very cheap eyebrow brush that looked like it had never been cleaned before. So unsanitary. He didn’t do a good job of filling them either. He put dark brown on my blonde eyebrows and filled them quite harsh and boxy with a powder. I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon simply because of poor customer service and the lack of communication.
