I went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted the Tuesday night before the Thanksgiving holiday. I only went because where I get my eyebrows done at was closed. She didn’t allow me to see my eyes before she tinted them with Hindu tint. She stated that it was supposed to stay for a month and it didn’t a week after I got them down the tint started to rub off and I was able to see my actual brows in which she threaded the hell of them. But what’s so crazy that I paid extra for the tint and when I went to pay she stood there to see if I was going to tip her. Like you left me in the chair with this tiny on my eyebrows for 45 mins to an hour and gave me a fan to fan myself. Smh never again.

Very unprofessional and lacks customer service. I went in for the first time today for a thread. When I walked in no one greeted me. I ignored that. A young lady walks in about 5 minutes after me and was greeted right away from the staff. I still ignored it. I see the young lady sign in. So, I walk up and ask do I sign in or do I just sit and wait. The heavy set lady totally ignored me. Then she started talking in her language to another worker. So, then I asked her again do I sign in or do I just sit. Then she finally answer me and said sign in. In the midst of me trying to sign in I hear another worker yell out and say who’s next and pointed to the young lady that walked in after me. And I said no I was next. I walked in before her. And then the heavy set lady and the lady that yelled out started talking in their language. So, I’m just standing there trying to figure out what I’m supposed to do while they’re totally ignoring me and talking past me in their language. So I finally just walked out. Clearly you all had an issue with me and didn’t want to help. The only thing is I don’t know what the problem was because you were talking in your language which made me feel uncomfortable. You didn’t want to help from the time I walked in your store!

I loved my eyelashes but, they are not truly extensions. They are individual lashes secured with extension glue. I found that they don’t last as long as true extensions. I favor my right side when I sleep. The lashes on that side smash down and began to shed by the second night. That is what I expect from eyelash strips, not individual or extensions. Definitely disappointed

I give them 3 stars. 5 for threading my eyebrows and 1 or less for my lashes. I’ve had lashes for almost 2 years and I’ve never had them look this bad. When she showed me, right after, they looked ok. The next morning they looked awful and I lost tons on day 2. I’m going to have to have them redone within the week. Very disappointing!!
