I was a regular customer at this location until 9/12/22. I came to get eyebrow threading. I was not satisfied with the service that I received because my eyebrows were very uneven. I had a stamp card to receive a free 11th service after paying for 10 services. She could not use my stamp card for whatever reason (I didn’t get a reason). There is a certain lady who works there (I don’t know her name I only know her by face) she’s younger looking and very nice, but seems to never be there anymore on the days she told me she worked there. I am not happy to have had paid for services that I was not happy with by far.

I came in to get my eyebrows threaded the lady took my arch off after I asked her not to take it off. I also got an Brazilian wax the lady that did that didn’t wax me all the way she left hair down there with wax and it broke me out ! She tried to give me baby wipes to wipe it off but it didn’t do anything but make the wax worse and more sticky.

I feel very torn about this review. One eyebrows is completely thinner than the other she took off too much from my inner arches. The experience was pretty painful never had that before. The lady pulled a lot of skin off near my eyebrows. I went to the car with tiny blood spots all over both temples. The sides still had hair all over. I never had a bad experience before this . Very poor job, her hands also had a strong odor.
