I’ve been a customer here for the last 4-5 years. Everyone is very friendly, I tell my husband it’s like my version of the show “Cheers” because everybody knows my name! They offer many things-gel nails, SNS, manicures and pedicures etc, your usual nail salon. I frequently have Christina or Hannah do my nails, I always get SNS and they do a wonderful job. I always get compliments on my nails. Sometimes my husband will come along and get a manicure. They offer customer rewards that accumulate with each visit, so be sure to give them your phone number and birthday! They accept walk ins, but I highly recommend calling and making an appointment so you don’t have to wait (especially if you want a specific person) especially during days like Friday and the weekends when they tend to be busier.

The people were very friendly and the women who waxed my eyebrows did a wonderful job. Great place for an eyebrow wax! My main complaint is that my cuticles were cut to deep and my fingers started peeling painfully a day or 2 after my appointment. I will not be returning.

I used to come here years ago and loved it so much. I now live 20-30 minutes away and decided recently I wanted to come back. It’s 100% worth the drive! They are so kind and try their best to get you seated asap, everyone does an amazing job, it’s so peaceful, whatever I ask for they are willing to try, and bonus they play Cooking channel and HGTV which are my faves. I can’t say enough good things about Elegant Nails and the wonderful staff. I have tons of Nail salons right by my house but I will always make the drive for a peaceful and excellent experience.

I really enjoy coming to get my nails done here. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is awesome So if you’re in the Roswell, Ga area check them out and ask for Kimlee!!! She is fantastic at doing nails, eyebrows, etc. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had a nail salon! The guy who did my SNS painted the clear polish on my skin as well as the nail- so by the time he had finished dipping my nails in the color- it looked like a child had painted my nails. I was confused about how he was going to get the color off my skin and then he pulled out the electric buffer…. by the time he finished, I had cuts on every single finger and my nails looked RIDICULOUS! I showed the lady at the front and she had someone completely redo them- which of course meant soaking my fingers in acetone to get the sns off. I nearly cried from the pain of the acetone in my fresh cuts!! To top it all off- they tried to charge me for a manicure in addition to the SNS!! My 1 hour appointment took 2.5 hours and I ended up stuck in Atlanta traffic trying to get home. I will say that the lady who fixed my nails did a great job.. but they are so much shorter as a result of back to back nail jobs and my nail beds are still inflamed from all of the irritation. Think twice before coming here!!

I’ve been going here for about 8-9 months. They are always amazing. I just got my nails done and the wrong color was put on my nails, it didn’t match the sample at all. This was not their fault, somehow the canister was switched with the incorrect color to number. They handled the situation SO well. They offered to redo them after apologizing so many times, it was a simple mistake that could’ve happened to anyone. I came back, they re-did them so fast and they look amazing as always. I cannot recommend them enough♥️ Cannot thank them enough!
