Although the staff was very friendly, I would not recommend going to this hair salon if you are planning on coloring your hair. They seem very unprofessional and lack experience. I went in to the salon to cover my highlights and go back to my natural hair color which is a medium brown. The first day I went there to get a dye the stylist told me the color would not come out as dark as it seemed. I believed her and let her apply the permanent dye, but after she rinsed it out I realized it was nothing like what I had asked for and extremely dark and there was (and still currently is) dye all over my face and neck. Obviously that’s what someone can expect when going darker, but I was extremely unsatisfied with these results to the point where I was afraid to go out into public that day. I called the salon that very same day and they scheduled me with a different stylist to fix it. I went in the next day and the results were even worse. She added highlights to the extremely dark brown hair which came out looking ashy with random streaks and still far from what I had asked for, but now I had even more dye on my face from the various toners that she had applied. I definitely would recommend people to stray away from this salon. The stylists are sloppy and inexperienced.

I have to agree with the last post. Twice I have had a very bad experience with my color and highlights. The last time (about 2 months ago) I went in for a touch up and highlights. My regular stylist had quit so they made the appt with someone else. I stressed to the receptionist that I wanted someone experienced because of my first bad color job and she assured me that this was the case. When I went in I could tell right away that the girl seemed a little unsure and I almost left and I should have. She proceeded to start applying the color and then said “woops” (which is not what you want to hear) “I forgot you were getting highlights” so by now it’s too late to start them because she already had applied base color. So we decided to see how it turned out and then I could do the highlights later if I wanted. She must not have mixed the base color correctly and it was so dark so then she tried using a darker toner at the end which pretty much changed my entire hair color but my newly colored roots were still so dark and noticeable, i had a 4 inxh dark stripe at the top of my head. Then she cut it and completely hacked my layers.they were so uneven and not blended at all. I’ve had better cuts at super cuts. I called as soon as i got home and I went back the next day and another girl did fix the layers and added the highlights and the end result was good. But they charged me extra for the highlights and the manager, who was there, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of having to spend another 2 hours there or for the stress of having my hair ruined and having to pay someone for that. I have decided that two bad experiences is enough. They need to hire more experienced competent stylists.

The worst experience Sara B fried my hair left me with a bald spot and didnt tell say a word that she fried a 2 inch bald spot in the crown of my head. I paid and had to find out for myself she burnt my hair off at the roots. Not just that when I confronted her. She then proceeded to tell me I came in with a bald spot . I cannot believe this even happened. Worst in my life . If I could but a negative star I would. I wish I could post the pic to show the damages she is responsible for.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAsked for bangs and a trim and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve received. She was done in 15 minutes and she didn’t look twice to check if the cut was even. (It wasn’t). The bangs were totally different sizes which she also didn’t even check to see. Had to fix them myself at home.

I came here with a bridal party to have our hair done the morning of a wedding. They did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient to get us in and out! I could not believe how fast they could do our hair and have it come out the way it did. They rock!

Didn’t cut my bangs right, they came out really crooked. She went past the eyebrow and it looked so awkward. It was awful. The girl cutting my hair smelled horrible. I don’t think she showers.

today i went to get my bangs trimmed and they literally cut of a big chunk of my hair and threw it on the floor! my friend got a hair cut and as a memory they let her keep the big chunks of hair but this place just dumped my hair and i have been crying ever since i got home so never go ere it is very expensive and they do horrible cuts!
