I came in for full highlights, but unfortunately my hair looked practically the same when I left. I still had about an inch of regrow and one side of my hair was significantly lighter than the other, which was very disappointing. I normally would have said something immediately, but I knew for her to fix it it would have meant she would have to go over into someone else’s appointment, so I will just deal with it and have to get it redone much sooner than I should have to. My stylist, Liv, was however very nice and fun to talk to.

Tracey, the general manager, gathered information about my hair concerns and scheduling needs and collaborated with Ellen, the owner, to match me with Lisa, my awesome stylist.
