We had used this salon 2-3 times in the past year for my 7 year old. We arrived 15 minutes early for our appt and were told that we were late. I know exactly what time I booked the apt as I had a meeting prior to that. I apologized for the confusion, not thinking it was a problem to do a quick cut as no one else was in the salon. Sarah said we would have to rebook for the following week. I advised that we’d driven a half hour and asked her to please just do a quick trim since…again..no one was there. She refused stating that she had another client arriving in 15 minutes. No apology. Nothing. We will not go back:/
