Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMe and my husband had booked an appointment for the couples massage and the steam showers, it was our wedding anniversary and I used to go here for years especially prior to covid,They had told us to be there before 1:30pm and we showed up early at 1pm so we can get our massages and our steam shower, prior to this appointment we had a 15min time limit to stay in the steam shower the most 30 mins. We got out around 130 135 and was told we had to wait until 2pm for our massages and I didn’t think of it as a big deal until I was called about a family emergency not wanting to waste our time with the massages we were going to ask for a smaller time limit so we can get to our emergency.(Mind you I didn’t mind still paying full price because they work hard you know) a receptionist had basically told me and my husband that we wasted the masseuses time and they were going to lose out on money whereas if they had others booked they’d make their money, I was completely heartbroken other than one of the lovely ladies that stood up for me especially even after the manager came to speak with us after the other rude lady. (Again mind you I said I didn’t mind paying full price so I didn’t know where her attitude or their attitudes came from.)I never would have thought to be treated in such a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Me and my husband had booked an appointment for the couples massage and the steam showers, it was our wedding anniversary and I used to go here for years especially prior to covid,

Critical: QualityI went in with long dark hair. I had my extensions removed. That went great. I wanted light and bright. My hair was in good condition. I stated that I needed a experienced stylist. My hair is naturally red and pulls orange tones. I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to me. I was asked if my blonde was achievable. I was told yes. Okay! Extensions went well time for a color. They used a color remover and my hair was super orangish. Then highlights. Then toned with a brownish ugly color. I left the salon with multicolored strands. Red, brown, orange and yellow. Also fried. The super cool manager agreed to fix this w no charge. So I went back to get it fixed. Again highlights, toner, and a cuticle seal and left with brownish red hair. I do wish when I said to all three stylist that I need someone with experience and I under no circumstances wanted orangish hair. My hair is now fried about to my ears and I would love to show before and after pictures. I think the first stylist should have been monitored and helped. When your client states I need experience do not schedule them with a 1year hair grad! We come to salon expecting to be charged for your knowledge. I should of walked out with better hair then I walked in with, Much worse. Save your time and go to a actual salon! Some honestly here would have been nice. No I’m sorry you can’t get blonde highlights…. or I don’t have a experienced stylist with time….. any of it!
