I signed up with Shena to get lash extensions. I went last Saturday & she said I needed a full set, so we rescheduled for today. I have a debilitating migraine with nausea & vomiting & sore throat/slight fever. I was ok with paying something since I filled up a spot, but was charged $80 & I could NOT drive there in the shape that I’m in. Will never schedule with them again. I understand the policy, but this was a bit ruthless IMO. I’ve been getting lashes done for 3 years & no one has ever been this unsympathetic. I live in Seagrove, FL, & have had two AMAZING girls that are more reasonable & understanding! This place is NOT worth it!!! No thank you!!!
