I first came to Bristow last summer before my trip to Mexico. Ever since then this has been my go-to hair salon and I refuse to go anywhere else. I feel comfortable and welcome whenever I go for my appointment. All the girls there are wonderful and very knowledgeable, LOVE this place! p.s very cute pups when you’re getting your hair done too

Grateful for the service received from Becca – I had gotten a balayage at a different hair co. in Decatur, and unfortunately they botched the Balayage and left me with uneven color and (unwanted) brassy tones. After some growth (and a more thorough portfolio review XP), I scheduled with Becca to achieve a ‘mushroomy’ brown balayage and to touch up my block-pieces. I feel PHENOMENAL with my new hair. Becca was able to achieve so much dimension with the color and provided me with a subtle set of block pieces to compliment the newfound definition. Not only am I happy with the results, but the customer service as well. When Becca was nearly complete with my hair, I brought some concerns I had to her attention. She immediately addressed and fixed these with a smile on her face and didn’t make me feel like a burden at all, even though the shop was closed and I was her last client on a busy day. Thank you Becca! I’m looking forward to our follow up appt. Please note, I cut my own hair, so if you don’t like the cut, disregard it haha.

i went to get my highlights done and they made me look like a zebra. i went to get them fixed now my hair is multiple shades of brown on top and multiple shades of blonde on the bottom. horrible. the one with the golden color was before the strip mess is after.

Love Laine and the amazing hair services she provides. I came in with half a year’s worth of outgrown roots. She took my Asian black hair to such a light blonde. If you need to go platinum in a healthy manner, she’s your stylist. I’m rocking my peekaboo ashy grey hair now thanks to her. She listens to what I’ve been wanting and then helps me make adjustments that lead to an even better final picture.
