I had never been late. Was stuck behind an accident but only arrived 5 min late. They weren’t going to call and they cancelled my appt. I walk in and they refuse to see me and for ANY of my services. If you are debating on going and getting waxed here stop and just go go go!! The atmosphere is relaxing and chill. The receptionist is friendly and very welcoming! Don’t even get me started on Ms. Sky! She is the bomb! It was my first time getting my down under waxed and she was so kind, full of information and just a chill person. We laughed and talked my whole appointment which made me feel more relaxed and got rid of my nerves. Waiting area and wax room was spotless and clean to a T. It also smelled good. Definitely going back and booked for next month!

I was very sad to learn on my most recent visit that Jocelyn, the receptionist and manager had been let go from her position. She was always warm and personable. This business lost a very valuable staff member and the only reason I remain a client is for my current technician.

Let me start by saying this review has NOTHING to do with Costas! He has waxed me for quite sometime now. I live in GA and make the drive for him. I started at the Rivercity location as it was closer. I was not happy with the environment the staff had created there, so I tried Riverside. And by the grace of God found Costas. But it wasn’t just Costas that had me stay or make the drive, the environment that the store had was amazing. It was like walking in and greeting family. Joslyn was always at the front and had a smile on her face and was SO welcoming and personable. Today….I guess they have had a front desk turn over…if it weren’t for Costas I would not drive the hour. I was not greeted with a smile there was no warmth or eye contact. I was asked for my ID for service. When I got it for the lady she didn’t even look at it. Could have been a library card no doubt. After she asked me if I needed to use the restroom I asked if I was to go to Costas normal room. She said “I said come back and I’d take you”. Not sure this turnover will bring in any new business. I didn’t feel welcome. I felt like I was not coming to visit family. Thankfully this location still has Costas or I would be going elsewhere. Very sad to see.
