First time here (but not first time getting a Brazilian wax), I read the reviews prior to making my appointment and read that this is a very clean facility but the front desk was rude. I do have to agree with the fact that the receptionist has the personality of a potato. She was rude and I felt as if she was rushing me from the moment I checked in to checking out. I booked my appointment online which was easy, I picked ‘first available’ option and Paula is who did my wax. I showed up early (by 15 minutes) she called me right back, was very professional and sweet. She asked me if the temperature of the wax was ok every time she used a new application which was very kind because I have gone other places that the wax burned me.

I come here often and I am usually always happy with the service. Today was the first time I had a negative experience. My esthetician was someone I haven’t seen before so I’m assuming she must be pretty new. She performed the most painful wax I’ve ever experienced. As I mentioned, I get them often and am used to the slight discomfort. This was a brutal session to get through. When she noticed my reactions to the pain she blamed the “extra stickiness” of the wax was due to me sweating, which doesn’t make sense but even so I was only starting to sweat due to her ripping the wax paper so roughly! I would’ve just left without making a negative review, even with the hairs she clearly missed on the front of my legs. But it was upon further inspection at home in the areas I couldn’t see that really upset me. Somehow there were still patches of hair on my rear side! I hate to be the person that complains like this but this is unacceptable. I paid for the full body wax and I expect a full body wax, especially when the prices have gone up. The service quality should not go down. I usually like this place a lot but this experience has me questioning if I’ll return.

I have been getting waxed at a Brazilian spa for 12 years now. The only reason I changed spas is because they changed their wax and I had several severe allergic reactions to it in an attempt to “tough it out”. My reactions worsened.

I’ve been going to Brazilian wax by Andreia for almost 8 years, never had this problem. The twizzers were not sanitized well. They were rude. I called other location to see if they can fix it up. The receptionist was nice and she said yes that there was no problem to go to any location so my friend and me went to the peachtree location and they said there was no problem and they were nice about it.
