I loved coming to this place, I have been a Brazilian Wax customer for 2 years. They are good at performing the services, but not very good with time management, and unfortunately that’s a huge deal breaker for me. For the last few appointments, I have been waiting at least 15-20 minutes over my appointment time (It takes them 25 minutes to do one Brazilian wax). The only excuse I hear is they’re running behind. I’m thinking they’re taking walk-ins over people who have appointments. I suggest, if possible, that they have one girl who takes walk-ins so everyone else can have their appointments flow with ease. I also think they’re not honoring they’re late policy. If a person is more than 5 minutes late for their appointment, they should be rescheduling! Now because that person is late, the whole schedule is thrown off. Just some tips for future reference. I wasn’t able to re-book because my waxer won’t be there around the time of my 6 week return, so unfortunately I had to make an appointment elsewhere for my next wax. I hope they take the time management into consideration because they have a good business.

Today I was extremely nervous going in to get my Brazilian wax. When my name was called seemed like I started to sweat even more lol. The environment is clean and the front staff was amazing as well. Now on to my esthetician…. Lory was AMAZING! She was very courteous and understanding. She talked to me the whole time and make me so comfortable.
