Joyce always makes me feel so welcomed and it doesn’t matter if I’ve been there for your first time or 4 consecutive years the girls are always friendly and almost like family. They always have great pricing and always make time for you regardless of the time you show up or how busy they are. They go above and beyond to make you happy. I would recommend this to everyone. I haven’t had my hair cut in over 3 years because it always gets messed up. I have curly and frizzy hair so I am very picky about how it gets cut. Today I went and saw Ruth, this was my first time at Brazilian Hair Designs. It was an amazing experience. The whole staff was very friendly and Ruth was great at listening to my hair goals and giving me advise on how to achieve that. She did a great job cutting my hair, I love the way it came out. I will definitely be going back for hair cuts and color in the future. The staff is bilingual and more and than accommodating to anyone who would like a service.

New to the area, I decided to give Brazilian Hair Design a chance, after being referred by a close friend. Brazilian Hair Design could have not exceeded my expectations any higher. I made an appointment with Joyce, she was punctual and very responsive to my requests, she was patient and took her time and had fluent communication across the board. Overall the experience was fantastic, I felt welcomed by everyone on the floor, outstanding customer service. I can attest to have gotten the best professional haircut to date. Needless to say, I can say with confidence that I have found my permanent salon, and I couldn’t be any happier.

I came here for the first time on Saturday. I made a morning appointment and got a Brazilian wax and my underarm. The place is really clean and staff very kind. Giselle, my wax lady, was supper nice. I was nervous because it was my first time ever, and she made me feel super comfortable. Did it hurt? Yes!!! Tears came out of my eyes. She said that the first time is always the worst. She was patient and took breaks whenever I told her.

I’m from out of state, and desperatelyyyy needed to get my hair done while I was in town. They were prompt and readily available to have me come in same day when I called to inquire a touch up. I’m African American and have relaxed hair, so I was pleasantly surprised they had touch up services available. Berut (I’m not sure how to spell her name) did a great job with my hair and gave me a trim as well. Highly recommend; very professional staff; I was comfortable.
