Today was my first time visiting a location associated with this chain, and I was very impressed! Booking online was easy, I was greeted as soon as I arrived (it’s very clean and inviting by the way), and Liza’s technique/service was fantastic! She recommended the chocolate wax since I have sensitive skin, and I was surprised that I wasn’t in as much pain for my full body waxing as I have been in the past. She was very personable and I appreciated how quick, yet thorough she was. My next appointment is already booked!

I tried this place off of a recommendation from my sister, and because the reviews are mostly great. This was my first time having a wax where I wasn’t offered a mirror to ensure I was satisfied after the service. She finished, said she’d met up front and was gone. I didn’t have a chance to request one. Nor did I have a chance to ask her to complete the work, after using my phone to see the areas missed. At the least, offer a mirror to the clients, and ensure they’re satisfied before leaving the room. It’s a simple gesture that goes a long way.

I got the Brazilian chocolate wax today with Monique and she was amazing. Monique took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The wax was not uncomfortable. Positive: ValueI got sugar wax today for my first visit. Results were stupendous. A lot clean than usual. It took less than 20 minutes. Super quick. And I was told to try chocolate wax next time because it’s a lot less painful. Definitely going back to give it a try.

Ashly is the best! She’s so professional , yet down to earth. I am always happy with results and she makes you so comfortable weather you are getting a wax or a spray tan. My spray tans by her always get compliments and they are never ever orange ( I am very fair skinned) I recommend her to everyone for waxing and spray tans!
