I had my first ever Brazilian wax done here. I felt very at ease, comfortable. The facility was clean, pleasant and the ladies were very nice to work with. I had to reschedule my initial appointment and they worked well with me. Dates correct and the doors were open. The waxing itself, the lady was gentle and very professional. I would highly recommend.

I don’t normally write bad reviews, but this was an interesting experience. First, I want to say I didn’t get any waxing from them so I can’t speak regarding their services. However, I made an appointment a week in advance for a Brazilian based on the good reviews. When I spoke on the phone to schedule, the girl sounded like she had just woken up. Prior to my appointment, I got three texts different days about my appointment. The first was when I initially scheduled. One was to confirm and the other was a reminder later in the week. I don’t live nearby and made it to my appointment today on time to find the doors locked. There was a girl laying on the couch seemingly high .. who got up and said they were closed. It was the same girl who scheduled me. I show her my texts for my appointment and she gives no other explanation that they are closed today. She suggested I come the next day. This was not a good experience so overall I’m glad I didn’t get waxed here, but didn’t want anyone else to experience this either.

From my personal experience the lady I had was very nice and explained everything to try and make me as comfortable as possible considering it was my first time. Everything seemed very neat and organized. The only thing that made me uneasy was I sat in the waiting room 10 to almost 15 minutes prior anyone even noticing I was inside. While I was waiting I could hear the two women in the back speaking not so kindly about clients & their body hair, etc. Plus the look of pure shock on their faces when they rounded the corner and saw me sitting there. I went on with my appointment anyway but definitely won’t be back.

My friend and I have been using Brazilian by Dri since June for a Brazilian wax! With it being out first time ever, we were very nervous! Our waxers name was May and she is the only one I will let wax me! She is very comforting, while still getting the job done! We have been going once a month since June and don’t plan on stopping any time soon! Thankful for a good experience!

I will never return back to this place. The first time was great $55 for the sugar scrub I tipped her $20 I went back the second time she charged me $75 for the same Brazilian wax nothing extra was done she tried to scam me out of more money I politely paid it but I would never recommend anybody going because that’s not how you conduct business. It’s under Kristin Beck and I’m good. Just dont understand when the first time it was 55 and second you came up and told the lady to charge me 75. No refund needed just wont be back. You lost a great once a month customer

I made an appointment, received conformation text messages, drove 30 mins to find out that the esthetician canceled due to “bad driving conditions” (the roads were damp). I never received a heads up text message or phone call. Bad customer service especially for the price they are charging. Waxing
