Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI cannot say enough great things about this barbershop. I used to have a monthly membership with a place for gents in Bentonville, but I cancelled it after months of bad haircuts and worse beard trims. It has been over a month since my last haircut and beard trim, so I was in pretty rough shape. I booked a haircut and beard trim with Jarod at the last minute hoping he could get me back in shape until I decided where I would end up going long-term. Well, I found my long-term barber. Jarod took his time and asked questions to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted. He even pointed out where things were done differently with my hair than he would recommend, and his changes ended up being much better than what I had received in the past. At the end of the day, though, my haircut was actually the least of my concern. While I value a good haircut, I can always wear a hat if things go south. My biggest concern was my terrible beard. I can grow a passable beard, but it isn’t great. Jarod was able to do more to make my beard look good than anyone has ever done in the past. He took his time and asked questions as he worked through the mess that was my beard. I cannot say enough great things about this barbershop. I used to have a monthly membership with a place for gents in Bentonville, but I cancelled it after months of bad haircuts and worse beard trims. It has been over a month since my last haircut and beard trim, so I was in pretty rough shape.
