Terrible work terrible service just do not go. This place has gone down. I’ve been here a few times but this will be my last time. I got a mani pedi and it looks so unprofessional, they look like I did it myself. My hands were done first with the paint all over the place, after requesting that they be cleaned up I just gave up because it was so bad. About 25 mins later my feet were done with the same resultlt. I decided to look at reviews on Google because the work was so bad. I was not surprised to see that they only have 2.5 stars. I stayed until paint was dry and left only to have to return 40 mins later because the paint was peeling off of my finger nails. I asked for my money back because reviews show that this happened to other customers too, only to be told that they don’t refund payments even though they don’t have a no refund policy posted. I told William the mwnager that my nails dried for an hour but he rudely scrutinized saying regular nails peel, and gel does not. I have been getting my nails painted for years and never have they peeled before. They offered to repaint my nails but I am afriaid they will peel again. Avoid the frustration and find somewhere else to do business with.

Love love BR nails! When they do my dip it lasts and my nails are stronger. Lena takes such good care of her customers and knows what they like. I’ve been to other salons near by and get frustrated with how long they make you wait or when they hurt you during the filing. I always come back to Lena and BR because I know they are going to do a good job.

Pedicure was okay but they filed my nails too much for the manicure.. it didn’t last long. I also got an eyebrow wax here and the tech insisted I have the “natural look” and when I asked her to make them thinner.. she plucked one hair and said she was done again.. I’ve been to several different places where I’m told that as if I don’t have a choice.. as if I’m not paying you. I’m guessing they don’t know how to shape eye brows. They really shouldn’t offer the service if that’s the case… Such a complete waste of money. I do not recommend.

Used this place for the first time because my usual spot was completely booked and I needed to get my nails done ASAP but this place was greatly disappointing the quality of their work was not good. I got the powder dip for the first time and it was not applied smoothly and I asked to have my nails cut a bit with almond shape the lady cut my nails so short and then asked if I liked and she shaped my nails horribly each nail was slightly shaped differently from oval to almond shapes she was very heavy handed and rough with my nails they overly used the electric filer over my cuticles and now my toes are sore. I usually wouldn’t have paid someone for such belie quality work but I was in a hurry and just will not ever come back.

My heels were skipped.I paid entirely too much money for a “deluxe pedi”with services listed that weren’t fulfilled .Lastly, I asked for neon yellow gel polish. The gel polish is rubbing off my toes and looks uneven all around on both feet. The cuticle areas still had polish and it was not removed before curing the gel. I also asked for overlay and was told they only specialized in dip powder. I have dip powder polish around fingers as well that will not come off.2hours of services and I am unhappy.I have to return tomorrow morning for a do over or refund. The people are kind but the place needs a good clean!! There’s stuff everywhere and it just feels grimy. Also the woman seemingly in charge rushed through my manicure and then replaced the gal doing my pedicure so she could hurry and get me done. They seem more worried about taking every person who comes through the door without an appointment than they do about taking good care of each individual. Not good for return business in my opinion. I won’t be returning.

The pedi I had had less massage and did not include parafin etc. The mani was decently okay and they encouraged powder dip. The nail polish on my leg came off in 3 hours. The ladies were very nice and sweet, although did not do the best at acrylics. My nails were grinded and filed very roughly to the point where some areas were raw and stung when their different solutions were applied. The sides of my acrylics did not reach the very edge, were jagged and looked very messy. I paid $45 which is very expensive, considering the poor application. I will say they stayed on for a long time, so that was good.

They did the job, I needed my nails cleaned and painted. I went out with my niece and she was happy with her dip and tips. But I wasn’t impressed by my foot massage or scrub.. especially when I saw what the other ladies did for their clients.
