I was fully blonde when I came in. Asked for some brown pieces to add dimension. It looked awful, I had splotches and staining in multiple areas, super chunky brown steaks, and a HUGE horizontal line on the back of my head. I went back in to get it fixed and it looked better, but I still had staining, uneven color, and the line was still there on the back of my head. It just didn’t look very good and I was happier with my hair before I used this salon. I’m sad that I feel like I wasted my money and I ended up having to cover it all with brown hair dye and just say goodbye to the blonde. My stylist was a nice person, but I believe she was new and when I asked for someone more experienced to fix it they insisted I let her try and fix it.
