Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have gotten my lashes done at botanika for 2 years. After their only employee who could correctly do lashes left, I went to 3 separate appointments with other employees. The first appointment, all of my lashes fell out within 48 hours. The second appointment, again, all of my lashes fell out immediately. I brought this to the owners attention, he said there was a problem with their glue. okay. I went to the 3rd appointment, ALL of my lashes were glued together. Again, I brought this to the owner’s attention. He did not care. I have always paid cash for my appointments and paid in advance as well. After my complaint, the owner, MIKE, charged my credit card for $100 after taking $100 in cash from me. Today I went into the business and spoke to the owner with my credit card statement in hand to show that I needed to be refunded. He refused to acknowledge that I had any issues and refused to refund my card. He instead told me to leave a bad review on “yelp”. This place is an absolute joke. They hire people who are completely unqualified to be ANYWHERE near someone’s eyes. They are completely uncertified and have never taken lash courses.
