Let me preface this by saying I have been getting airbrushed for 10 years. I also have never felt the need to take the time to write a review on a business. I have a wedding coming up so I wanted to do a trial from Botanical since I had heard a good review. I ended up buying the package at my first trial session (my mistake). The actual appointment was fine however, the lady did mention she had been doing this for only about a month. My tan came out way too dark/orange and splotchy (see pictures). But you know what? This sometimes happens especially since the person tanning me was new. So I called back and left a voicemail because I wanted to schedule an appointment with the owner or someone with more experience. That’s all I wanted. Finally, after never getting a call back I started just asking for anyone to return my call and frankly at this point just give me a refund. This has been over a month of me leaving voicemails (probably about 5) and NO ONE returning my call. Their voicemail message even says “we will return your call within 24 hours”. Correction, they will not. You would think a local business would want to do anything to make the customer happy. However, this company has done nothing to make it right. I felt like the simple request of wanting to schedule it next time with someone different was reasonable enough, but now it’s at the point where I never would want to give this place my business and I want my money back. There were plenty of chances to make this right and Botanical Tans opted out of every opportunity. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Got my spray tan here a couple of times and i absolutely love the results everytime. Even if Erika isn’t spraying me, i still leave there with the same results. FLAWLESS! I am obssesed. The attention to detail is none like any other place i have been. I would highly recommend.

I’m disappointed. I was using Botantical Tans for months. Recently I made an appointment and had to reschuele due to work. I texted the phone number on the site to reschedule and they confirmed the change to Monday at 3:30pm. No problems. It was great. I have a text, an email and their Vagaro calendar confirmation for Monday at 3:30pm. I arrive at 3:30 Monday. They have a close sign on the door. I call, text multiple times and waited for 30 mins. No one showed. I sent screen shots of the apt confirmations and nothing. I’ll never use them again-mostly because no one ever texted or called me back. What Poor Customer Service.
