DARE I SAY THIS, I had the best facial of my adult life with Monica! This was such a phenomenal experience. I felt as though Monica was very informative and thorough – she also provided guidance in such a grounding and calm manner that it was inviting for me to discuss my skin goals without judgment. The environment is open and warm, completely nurturing to my nervous system. I also really enjoyed the relaxing massage elements to the facial which made the time fly by. I left with my skin glowing and a beaming smile. Highly recommend you book a service!

Monica is amazing! She was highly recommended to me by my sister and mom for her waxing services. Her soothing energy and gentle touch made me feel very relaxed during my treatment. I also appreciate that she uses coconut vegan wax which felt far more gentle than other commercial wax treatments I have received in the past. She was very considerate and accommodated my specialized needs due to a chronic health condition. Her treatment room is a soothing oasis with a zen-like ambience. I especially loved the cozy, heated treatment table. I can only imagine her facials must feel relaxing and soothing. I highly recommend Monica. She is courteous, professional, and has a lovely and peaceful energy. It was the ultimate spa experience. Botanical Beauty is tucked away in a quaint, cozy spa location, The Healing Sanctuary, in Old Town Auburn next to Tap and Vine (across from the historic Courthouse).

I’ve been going to Monica for years now, and every session is just simply magic. Monica is SO knowledgeable and is constantly educating herself on new techniques for all types of different skin. Monica is amazing! The minute I walk into her room it is soothing and relaxing. She has an amazing spot to lie for your treatment and I’m never ready to go when she is done…….that alone is well worth the visit, but I’ll let you decide when you go…. I’m not 100% sure of all she did for my treatment(s) but it’s obvious to those who see me that my skin looks great!

My favorite facial spot yet. Monica is such a kind person and always begins sessions by relaxing your mind and body. Her techniques and products make my skin feel refreshed, clean and rejuvenated. Monica is great at skin analysis and product recommendations. I purchased a face wash that she had recommended and I am absolutely obsessed, she has a great selection of products in her shop as well. My wife loved her experience with Monica so much that I decided I wanted to get my first facial. Monica was amazing and super kind. My skin felt great after and she even removed some bumps (milia) that I did not know were removable. My biggest takeaway is that Monica offered realistic and attainable goals for my continued skincare, based on a number of questions and the health of my skin. As someone who doesn’t have much of a skincare routine at all, she made sure not to recommend a 10 step routine that I would never follow. That was much appreciated. I will definitely be back.
