The staff and Dr West are very nice and very proficient. They work fast but also explain what they are doing very thoroughly as you go along and they all work really hard to make sure you’re not in pain and are as comfortable as possible. I had a hair transplant today at bosley. The whole process did not make me feel too uncomfortable. The doctor told me the whole process very well, and the nurse was very patient during the whole process. The whole process came down without feeling too much pain. It was a little painful when I started to apply the anaesthetic, but it was smoother in the middle. The effect is the same as what the doctor said before, that is, he will draw a hairline on your head, and then plant the hair inside the hairline. My front hair is bald, but the back and side hair are healthy and I am very satisfied with the results. Really appreciate Bosley. He did a perfect job and was very professional and patient throughout the process. He makes me feel younger than ever
