Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDon’t be fooled by the allure of the pretty decor of this nail salon. I tried this place out because it’s closer to my house, but I was extremely unhappy with the customer service and the way my nails came out. I booked an appointment online for 11AM with Leanne and when I went in for my appointment she didn’t start working on my nails until 11:35AM (no exaggeration). At 11:10AM I went over to check with her that my appointment was scheduled and she was still working on another lady’s nails. She didn’t finish until 11:30 and that’s when she started to buff my nails at 11:35. I understand waiting a few minutes, but having booked an appointment and not being seen until 11:35 is not okay with me. I politely expressed my frustration to Leanne, but she seemed to not really care and made excuses saying the customer before me had a special request. That doesn’t matter to me as the customer who booked her appointment in advance. Also, this salon is more expensive than other places, and they do not include cuticle service with the manicure. Lastly, my dip nails started chipping after 1 week. That’s pretty pathetic since my nails used to last 3 weeks when I went to my previous nail salon. Needless to say I’m not going back and I will be returning to my previous nail lady. If you want amazing nails for a better price and WAY better customer service, go to Fabulous Nails in Upland on Foothill. Don’t be fooled by the allure of the pretty decor of this nail salon. I tried this place out because it’s closer to my house, but I was extremely unhappy with the customer service and the way my nails came out. Came in as a walk in and was fortunate enough to be taken in! However, appointments are highly recommended! It was my first time getting a pedicure ever, it was very nerve wrecking but Hailey (my nail tech) was so kind and generous! She made the experience so at ease and relaxing! That goes for the whole salon atmosphere and staffs! Everyone was very professional and nice! Especially, Hailey, I told her it was my first pedicure and expressed to her my concerns and sensitivity areas of my toes. She assured me that I was in great hands and to relax and enjoy the experience! I sure did! She was very detail-oriented, articulate and attentive! My toes came out perfect! Great selections of nail care options and colors to meet your needs! I highly recommend this place and Hailey!
