I walked in and the lady got right down to business. She was quick and courteous. My brows looked great afterwards! My only complaint is that I did get nicked a few times but my brows hadn’t been done for months so I expected a little more pain than normal. Will definitely go back!

This is my last time with this worst brow bar. If there is a zero , I would give this a zero rating. Today I had my eyebrow thread. It was done so quickly that I was teary-eyed and had been holding myself not to scream because it was extremely painful. After that, the lady handed me a tissue paper to wipe my eyes, she told me it’s done. I paid her and even gave her a tip. As I was exiting the mall, I couldn’t stand the pain anymore and I noticed there was some blood in the tissue , so I looked at one of the mirrors in TJ Maxx and I realized I had more than 5 cuts in my left eyebrow. I went back to the Indian lady and told her and showed her my wounds. I asked her why she didn’t even tell me. She defensively answered, it happens because you have tiny hair and I said , you shouldn’t get off those tiny hairs if that would cut my brows. Then she goes, next time I won’t, I told her , there will never be any next time. I asked if she plans to put anything on my wounds as a first aid, she offered an astringent and for Christ sake I refused. I asked for a manager, she told me she doesn’t have any. I am still filing a complain with this company. Stay away from Curves Brow Bar in Lufkin Mall, she doesn’t know how to do it.
