Lauren has given me the BEST hair salon experience I have ever had. She was able to listen to my thoughts and wants and provide exactly what I envisioned! Lauren was so glad easy to talk to and was so invested in my hair goals. I will definitely only be going to Lauren from now on. Bombshell culture is an amazing experience and is filled with the most amazing stylists! Sarah (the owner) has been doing my hair for years now. But as the salon has grown I have also had hair done by Clara and Lauren and my son gets his hair cut by Shaela! The ladies in the salon are professional, kind, competent, thorough, and keep up on all the newest hair trends!

I was not impressed with my experience here. I saw Lauren, who on her own I’d give 3.5 stars, even with how everything played out. However, since she’s a junior stylist, it felt like the owner was always aggressively jumping in. She cut my hair blindly without asking how short I wanted it, she painted the back of my entire neck with dark dye, and simply stated “I’m pretty heavy handed”. I spent five hours there the first day to get a vibrant ginger color. Before I even left the salon, I expressed that I was disappointed that the color wasn’t quite what I wanted. They then tried to convince me that it was *almost* the color I wanted. But then another stylist said “we just don’t do colors like that here”. I had previously texted pictures with the owner and my stylist about the color I wanted, neither of them had said it wasn’t achievable or that they didn’t have that color. Lauren scheduled me to come back the next morning and she’d get the color I wanted. I didn’t expect to have to pay half of what I spent the first day to get the color I ORIGINALLY wanted to leave with. To top it off, as I checked out I was told it would be a “waste of money” to spend so much on the color I wanted and not buy their products. The real waste of money was coming here and having to spend so much to go back a second time to fix what should’ve been achieved the first time.

If you like paying copious amounts of money for damage hair this is the place you. I wanted to go blonde and told them that I understood that it’s a process and it’s not going to happen in one session. First session (which was over $500 dollars) she damaged my hair to the point that my hair in the back was snapping off (and it wasn’t anywhere near blonde either). I came back asking what they could do and if I could get a refund. They said they could only refund me $150 as they had spent a lot of time on my hair and I should have know the risk (even though they didn’t tell me the “risk” when they took my money). They had to chop my hair to my chin and said I could come back in 3 months so that they can bleach it again. To which I will get to pay them another $160 dollars (so there goes my refund). Honestly worst experience ever at a salon please do not go here!

Great atmosphere, not like other salons that mill you in and out. My only complaint is the gel polish is…off? The colors on the bottle don’t match the color inside, so when I got gel manicures I received different color nails than I thought I would. Both manicures were still great, just different colors than I hoped for. It feels like a hair salon that also does nails, and not a hair and nail salon.
