The three ladies that were there on 01/19/23 were wonderful. Zoey was the young lady who cut my hair. She was very kind and professional. She took her time and was very strategic in her cut. I showed up at the wauseon, ohio store to get a haircut. When I got there the sign said they were open. I wemt inside and was told they were closed and would not cut my hair. What lousy service. I needed a haircut and was turned away. They told me to come back at 9 in the morning. I work during the day. I will not go back to that location again nor will I go to great clips again.

They get 2 stars for allowing walk ins, but don’t do it they don’t know how to style hair, just trim it and they don’t even do that right, I’m crying this morning as I try to make my hair look decent for work, I am having to give up and wear a hat, I wanted to many inches off for this. I’m extremely hard to please. I was convinced finally to try this shop because of the great reviews. Let me add to them. These girls are so talented and honestly I feel privileged to have this quality of a cut for so cheap. All I can say is please please please tip these girls like you would at a fancy salon because you are getting that quality of service to the best of the ability of their company’s services and limited resources.

Had my son checked in via Great Clips app for the Wauseon location, and was even told he would be next. However!!! Someone walked in after we got there and they weren’t checked in online. They took him back instead of my little boy. We had been told we would be next!! That is very inconsiderate and rude as far as I’m concerned. Why check in online if they’re NOT going to stick to what they say?!?!?
