I’ve been visiting for awhile off and on. I used to see Waffle but she was no longer there. I’ve seen different ones and one day just went to whom was available (the heavy set one) and she messed up one of my brows. So I decided to just let them grow back. I decided to visit today 11/19. I arrived at 9:50. They open at 10. There were a few people there waiting. So at 10 a few of us started lining up at the door. About 10 minutes or so the staff arrived. Unlocked the door and the first customer that had been there was about to go in behind them. One of them very rudely said wait a minute. No one apologized for being late and then you have the nerve to have an attitude for customers who are there making you have a salary. One of the customers recommended Allah and I was glad they did. She was very professional and polite and did my eyebrows like they should have been.

I’m very displeased with my service. I asked for wax and as I was getting the service she started to thread my eyebrows.. which I didn’t ask for. I had very thick nice brows now they are very thin and one is thicker than the other. There is also a cut under my eyebrow that I noticed the next day! Horrible.
