I got my hair done in February and I am only just now getting around to writing a review- it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Ryan cut and dyed my hair. I went from shoulder length to a pixie cut for the first time ever and he couldn’t have done a better job. I moved out of the area so I unfortunately haven’t been back but my hair is now relatively shoulder length with these perfect layers. I think it is so cool that when I got the initial hair cut, I basically also signed up for beautiful layers in the future. Ryan is so nice and funny and really makes you feel comfortable. I just loved my hair so much by the time he was done with it. The salon itself is beautiful and clean, it made me feel like I was in a NYC salon. I hope to make it back here some day soon!

I went to BOLD and was very pleased with the results. A talented man named Nicky greeted me and proceeded to ask me about all the things I wanted and planned for my hair. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I was going to be happy with my hair. Very professional, yet relatable, in my opinion. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI came in for a hair cut recently and my hair stylist, Sara and I settled on the length I wanted, but she cut my hair WAY too short. I’ve been very upset because of this and now I have to wait months/years to grow it back. I don’t want to go to this salon again! Not worth the risk of them ruining my hair :(.

My experience at BOLD was nothing short of excellence. The best hospitality, products, color treatments, cuts, and their assistant even offers a fabulous scalp massage that you cannot pass up. There is no need for me to go anywhere else for my hair needs. These folks are the best in business.
