Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my hair braided yesterday by Jonae and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had when getting my hair done. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I didn’t even need to bring anything, Jonae was prepared with hair ready and all. I was nervous about coming with my hair not prepped but she literally said come as you are.. Nowadays, hairstylists want you to come with your hair done anyway, my hair looks AMAZING and FLAWLESS! I’m so glad I found someone who actually cares about their clients thank you so much Jonae for blessing my head! I got my hair braided yesterday by Jonae and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had when getting my hair done. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
