First appointment with Brit went great. She’s easy to talk to, hair looked great, no issues. At the end of the appointment she offered to schedule my next appointment, which I did schedule at that time. When I showed up for that appointment, she wasn’t there. I texted her with no response. Another girl at the salon called her several times with no response. I waited for 30 minutes and eventually left. I figured something must have happened and that we would reschedule for another time. Later that week, I saw Brit post on Instagram about openings. At that time I texted her to reschedule. No response. I waited a few more days and finally texted her once again without a response. I hope this is out of character for Brit because I really enjoyed my first appointment with her. Just a very unprofessional and strange experience afterwards.
