I was so nervous to find the right one for me down here- and boy did I luck out on my first try with Jess!First time there and I am already totally comfortable and trusting of her abilities. She listened and understood what look I was aiming for and delivered above my expectation. Which I’m sure was tricky since she didn’t know me or my hair/previous coloration combos.I asked for balayage coloring and she made it look so natural. The tone was perfect and my hair feels soft and healthy. Not to mention, she’s so friendly and personable- it’s nice to have a place to just go relax and have fun.
