With over 6 years of experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to meet your body’s needs. You will reap the benefits of massage and Manual Lymph Drainage if it becomes a regular part of your life. I customize each session with clients whether they come in for massage, stretching, or manual lymph drainage.

I’ve probably had at least 100 or more massages in my lifetime…and then discovered Giesel. She is absolutely, hands down, the best masseuse I’ve ever had work on me. Her education regarding the science of the body was quite apparent in her practice, and her technique and expertise surpassed anyone else I’ve ever gone to. She is professional, kind, and really listened to my needs and executed accordingly. Her bodywork has helped me become more limber and flexible, complimenting my yoga and Pilates workouts. The deep tissue work has seriously helped my neck and upper back pain and alleviates stress to the max. I have never had a masseuse achieve the level of relaxation and muscle tissue relief that she has. She is excellent, and my only complaint is that I cannot afford her on a weekly basis! I have been lifting for a little over a year now and wanted to start rewarding my body by investing in regular massages. I was referred to Giesel by a close friend and the rest is history. Currently, I get deep tissue massages with some stretching mixed in to show my body some TLC every 4-5 weeks. My sessions with Bodywork By Giesel have become my motivation like the cake AND ice cream I get after eating my green beans and carrots. I’ve noticed the workouts in the week leading into my massage are some of the best ones since I’ve started scheduling with Bodywork By Giesel. I just had plastic surgery. My surgeon recommended Manuel Lymph Drainage massages to help move the extra fluid thats built up from the surgery. Giesel did a wonderful job listening to my concerns, explaining what to expect and keeping me comfortable. Its definitely a marathon and not a sprint. The MLD massages must be done for a while once regular movement is back.
