I came here for a pedicure, the receptionist and Anastasia who did my pedicure was very nice. They got me in the same day I called. I just feel like my pedicure was a low quality one for the price I paid. There was a 2 min massage total. No cuticle care was done at all. She used a plastic reusable foot scrubber to rub the bottom of my feet that was rinsed in water. And used a very old used up buffer block for the nails. I felt like they should have used one time use tools to prevent the spread of infection. And the paint job was all over my toes. I find it very hard to find a good clean spa that does quality work. And this was not it for me regarding the pedicure.

Booked a deluxe pedicure for my mom and I as a Christmas gift. Drove from west palm beach as I heard it was a top salan and spa. My hour long pedicure lasted 34 minutes and my mom’s hasn’t even started because the other nail tech was over booked. Both were booked at the same time and confirmed yesterday. Extremely disappointed.

I walked in the salon and waited to be addressed and while I waited I noticed the place was kinda in shambles… they had torn up chairs and were talking really loud across the salon not very peaceful and I could have maybe looked past that had someone ever even spoke to me… I walked out and won’t be going back
