New customers beware! The beds automatically turn on after 3 min. They don’t tell you this, of course. I missed more than 3 minutes of my 8 minute tan. I had to put the tanning cream on while in the bed. The tan was $16, eye protection: $3, tanning cream: $5. $25 for less than 5 min of tan. When I shared my experience at the front she offered to let me go back in for an additional 3 minutes, which was fine, but who want get undressed and dressed a second time for 3 min??

This used to be an amazing salon but it’s gone downhill in the last year. Their reservation policies— there are none any longer; much shorter hours— during the busy winter months?? Go figure. I have been going there for a few YEARS and today they couldn’t wait literally 30 seconds “ l for me to finish the legs bed to go into a high pressure bed. She was cleaning the bed while I stood outside waiting. The employee new I wanted to go in their right after legs. The excuse was “policy”. Well Chris, it may be time to reevaluate some of your policies. — Not at all happy!

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, be aware of unauthorized charges to your card – in December I went in to freeze the account for a few months and got charged the full membership amount in January. I went back in to check and the girl said the account was never frozen. I tried reaching out to management via email, as they seem to rarely be at the salon, but never heard back.

She is always SO kind, and always let’s me know about deals and when I need to add to my account. She is one of the main reasons I have been coming back when I could go somewhere else.
